Legal
Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of the Sterling & Cross website, attorney directory, and consultation-booking service.
All consultation slots are subject to availability and the attorney's confirmed schedule. A booking is not final until confirmed in writing by the attorney's office, typically within one business day of your request.
Consultation fees paid online reflect the standard rate for an initial meeting with the selected attorney. Retainer amounts, hourly rates, and ongoing representation costs are confirmed separately and are not included in the online booking fee.
Every attorney listed on Sterling & Cross is bar-verified prior to being listed. Licensing status is confirmed with the relevant bar association and reviewed periodically.
Booking a consultation or browsing this website does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only upon signed engagement with the assigned attorney.
Information collected during booking or inquiry (name, phone, email, matter notes) is used solely to fulfill your request and is never sold to third parties.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sterlingcross.com.
